Return & Exchange Policy
At MOBIXGEAR, we are committed to providing you with premium-quality mobile accessories & Smart Electronics . However, if you face any issues with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following cases:
Case 1: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Send us your Order Invoice and clear photos of the product showing the issue to our support email.
Case 2: Missing Items in Your Order
If any items are missing from your package, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share a picture of the Order Invoice and the items you received to our support email so we can verify the issue.
✅ After verification, you will be requested to drop off the product at your nearest courier office (or we will arrange pickup, depending on location). Once we confirm, a replacement will be arranged.
🛑 Important Notes

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories intact.

We do not accept returns for used or physically damaged items caused by customer misuse.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

If your exchange request is authorized, a shipping fee of AED 25 will be charged to cover pickup and delivery.
📦 Your replacement order will be sent once the returned item is verified and approved.
