RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy 

At MOBIXGEAR, we are committed to providing you with premium-quality mobile accessories & Smart Electronics . However, if you face any issues with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following cases:

Case 1: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Order

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Send us your Order Invoice and clear photos of the product showing the issue to our support email.

Case 2: Missing Items in Your Order

If any items are missing from your package, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a picture of the Order Invoice and the items you received to our support email so we can verify the issue.

✅ After verification, you will be requested to drop off the product at your nearest courier office (or we will arrange pickup, depending on location). Once we confirm, a replacement will be arranged.

🛑 Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories intact.

  • We do not accept returns for used or physically damaged items caused by customer misuse.

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

  • If your exchange request is authorized, a shipping fee of AED 25 will be charged to cover pickup and delivery.

📦 Your replacement order will be sent once the returned item is verified and approved.
