All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number.
You can track your package by clicking the link provided in the message.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Note: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UAE.

4. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the UAE – no minimum spend required.
